What changed on this page, and what did not. The income limit was verified and left alone: Sanofi’s 400% federal-poverty-level threshold is correct as published. What was wrong was the insurance line, which described the programme as serving uninsured patients with a copay card for the commercially insured. That omitted Medicare Part D enrollees, who may qualify on the same income criteria, and omitted the Medicaid-denial documentation step. Corrected 23 August 2026 against Sanofi’s own published criteria.
