How being listed works
Two things are true at once, and we keep them separate on purpose:
- Inclusion and ranking are earned. We evaluate options on the merits and place them where they honestly fit. Nobody can pay to be listed first, and we will not move a cheaper or better-covered option down to make room.
- A clearly labeled featured placement is available. If your service genuinely fits a page, you can hold a disclosed, FTC-compliant featured slot on it. It is marked as sponsored. It does not change who ranks where.

- Anything that reads as clinical advice, or that implies OmniRx recommends a treatment.
- Products with active fraud or undisclosed-deception complaints.
- Guaranteed-rating or guaranteed-placement arrangements. Ranking is editorial.
