You might qualify for free medication.

This is not a gimmick or a coupon scheme. Pharmaceutical manufacturers run Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) that provide brand-name medications at no cost to people who qualify. These programs exist for hundreds of drugs, from insulin to cancer treatments.

The catch? Most people never hear about them. Doctors rarely mention them because the application process sits outside the clinical workflow. Pharmacists know they exist but do not have time to walk every patient through the paperwork.

So we built the Assistance Finder. Search by medication name and you will see which programs are available, what the income thresholds look like, and where to apply. We link directly to the manufacturer applications so you can get started immediately.

Eligibility varies, but the general guidelines are straightforward: you need to be a U.S. resident, lack adequate prescription coverage, and fall within the program's income limits. Many programs cover households earning up to 400% of the federal poverty level.

If you are paying out of pocket for an expensive medication, this is worth five minutes of your time.
