How to Apply
- Speak with your healthcare provider about Ocrevus Access Solutions (via Genentech). Your doctor, nurse, or social worker can help determine if you qualify.
- Gather required documents: proof of income (tax return, pay stubs, or Social Security statement), valid prescription, and proof of U.S. residency.
- Submit your application online or by mail. Visit the program website below or call the program hotline for assistance.
- Wait for approval (typically 2 to 6 weeks). Once approved, medications will be shipped to your provider's office or a designated pharmacy.

Yes, uninsured patients with income up to 500% FPL can receive free Ocrevus through the Genentech Patient Foundation. Your neurologist must submit the application.
Most commercial insurance plans and Medicare cover Ocrevus for FDA-approved MS indications. However, out-of-pocket costs can be high. Genentech offers copay assistance programs to help with remaining costs.
Ocrevus is given as an IV infusion every 6 months at a medical facility. The first dose is split into two infusions given 2 weeks apart. The PAP covers the medication cost; infusion facility fees may be billed separately.
